Shawn Moran, 35, of Spokane was arrested in the area of Clagstone and Rebel Ridge roads in Spirit Lake at 9:54 a.m. on charges of possession of burglary tools, possession of fentanyl, and a felony warrant on a charge of being a fugitive from justice.

Report of an information call in the Priest River area on Highway 57 at 2:06 p.m.

Report of possible trespassing on McGhee Road in Kootenai at 1:57 p.m.
