SARS Sandpoint Ski Swap on Saturday

SANDPOINT — The Schweitzer Alpine Racing School will be at the Bonner County Fairgrounds Main Event Hall on Saturday, Nov. 11 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. to host its annual ski swap, which helps local skiers find some of the best gear in the region with deals on soft goods, skis, snowboards, bindings and boots. 

There will be vendors from around the Northwest and thousands of items available from private sellers. Admission fees for the event are $5 per person and $10 per family (cash only). Cash, Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards will be accepted by vendors.

Members of the public are also invited to sell their used ski equipment through the SARS ski swap. 20% of sales go to the organization and consignment fees are $0.50 per item. 

The last day to sell is today, Friday, Nov. 10. from noon to 7 p.m. at the Bonner County Fairgrounds Main Event Hall. If selling an item, a check for your items sold and/or unsold items can be picked up Saturday from 5 to 6 p.m. 

Any items not picked up during that time will be donated to SARS or North Idaho Mountain Sports Education Fund.
