Fair audit board on BOCC agenda

SANDPOINT — Four commissioners' items are on the agenda for today's Bonner County commissioners meeting.

Commissioner Luke Omodt is requesting a discussion of National Apprenticeship Week. Commissioner Asia Williams hopes to discuss creating a central email address for all three commissioners to use, the addition of a full time employee to work specifically on public records requests and delegating the powers of the audit board created for the Bonner County Fair Board.

In addition, the commissioners are set to hear from the Clerk, Facilities, Solid Waste and Sheriff’s Department regarding resolutions and funding requests.

The meeting is set to end with two executive sessions: One regarding human resource issues and the other regarding litigation. Executive sessions are closed to the public to give officials a chance to discuss confidential information; however, all decisions must be made in open session.
