Something interesting about climate change supporters

I have enjoyed the many letters on climate change in the local papers over the last couple years. They have been very interesting and informative. I have noticed something interesting, though.

For the last several years, we’ve seen many people in government, scientific fields, social media, and the legacy media telling us Trump is a Russian agent, Hunter’s laptop isn’t real, masks work, a COVID vaccine will keep us from getting or spreading disease, inflation is transitory, etc. They censored opposing views with a vengeance. As is now clear, all those “conspiracy theories and disinformation” were actually spoiler alerts.

These people were not just mistaken; they knew the truth and intentionally lied to us. Repeatedly. And continue to do so today. Only a gullible fool would believe them anymore.

And these are largely the same people telling us how serious global warming is.
