Laclede hosting tree lighting event

LACLEDE — To kick off the holiday season, Laclede will be hosting a Christmas tree lighting Friday, Nov. 24.

Homemade hot cocoa, apple cider, and local baked goods will be available as the community anticipates the countdown, organizers said. 

The event will begin at 6 p.m. at Laclede Community Center, 24 Moore Loop Road. Organizers will also be accepting donations for a local community need.
