System in murder cases needs improvement
In Europe, according to my son who resides in France, if someone is arrested for murder like “Bryan Kohberger,” who allegedly stabbed and murdered those four college students in Moscow, Idaho, over a year ago, he would have two weeks to prepare his defense.
Then if found guilty, like Kohberger, who definitely is, he would have two weeks after being convicted to file another defense case. If after that defense case and he was still found guilty it’s up to the judge to sentence him in his case put to death.
In Idaho, Kohberger would face a firing squad which is what Kohberger is afraid of happening. But here it does not work this way because all of the public defenders who are defending Bryan Kohberger and the investigators who have been hired by Bryan Kohberger’s defense team want to milk this case and collect as much money for their fees as possible.
