Dover announces winter hours

DOVER — The city of Dover will be switching to its new winter hours Friday. 

Beginning Dec. 1, Dover City Hall will be open from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m., Monday through Thursday. The office will be closed Fridays.

The city has a secured drop, located to the left of its glass entry doors, for payments and paperwork needing to be dropped off outside office hours.
