Disorderly conduct was reported on Elicia Lane in Priest River at 4:19 p.m.

Deputies investigated a possible sex offense reported in Bonner County at 4:34 p.m.

Report of a reckless driver on U.S. 95 near Bucking Horse Lane in Cocolalla at 5:17 p.m.

Shane Thomassen, 35, of Post Falls was arrested on U.S. 95 near East Bronx Road at 5:42 p.m. on charges of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving without privileges.

Report of a juvenile problem in the 10000 block of West Pine Street at 7:16 p.m.

Rebecca Whipple, 42, of Sandpoint, was arrested on an outstanding Kootenai County warrant in the 476000 block of U.S. 95 in Ponderay at 1:24 a.m.

Kelsey Reynolds, 28, of Sandpoint was arrested on Jenny Lane at 2:25 a.m. on a charge of driving

under the influence.

A report of possible fraud was placed under investigation on W. Lake Street at 8:50 a.m.

Report of a sidewalk damaged in the area of Sixth Avenue and Larch Street at 8:51 a.m.

Report of a stop arm violation in the area of N. Division Avenue and Spruce Street at 10:48 a.m.

Report of a municipal code violation in the 700 block of Sandpoint Avenue at 11:11 a.m.

Report of a disorderly male in the 800 block of Sixth Avenue at 11:58 a.m.

Report of a hit-and-run collision in the area of N. First Avenue and Main Street at 12:32 p.m.

An officer was dispatched to a 911 hang-up in the 477100 block of U.S. 95 at 1:41 p.m.

Jesse Sumpter, 30, of Sandpoint was arrested on two outstanding misdemeanor warrants in the 475000 block of U.S. 95 at 3:07 p.m.

An officer took a report of a non-injury accident that occurred in the 200 block of Bonner Mall Way at 5:01 p.m.

Michael A. Born, 48, of Kootenai was cited in the 200 block of Helena Street at 11:37 p.m. on a charge of petit theft.

Sept. 23

Seth Phalen, 75, of Bonners Ferry was arrested in the 477000 block of U.S. 95 at 1:23 a.m. on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and possession of controlled substance (marijuana).
