Chopped Challenge is back at PR Library

The Chopped Challenge is back for its fourth “season” at the Priest River Library this weekend.
The challenge will take place at noon Saturday at the library.
Entries will be judged on presentation, taste and creativity, with the winner receiving the highly coveted golden spatula.
Ingredients for the Oct. 7 competition are oats and lemon, which must be incorporated into the recipe. Participants will bring their prepared dish along with a printed copy of their recipe to the competition.
Judging begins at noon.
The challenge is open to youth age 17 and under.
