MCS launches tenth year of Music Matters!
Kootenai Elementary students perform as part of a Music Matters!, an all-encompassing program that meets throughout the year and showcasing the benefits and collaborative aspects of music and theater.

A Little Mozarts class takes advantage of a nice day to hold class in the park. The Music Matters! program encompasses all ages from early childhood through high school and has creative instruction in choir, percussion, handbells, musical theater, and more.
Above, students help work on a piano's decorations. The Music Conservatory of Sandpoint has a fully stocked instrument library with over 200 instruments available to students.
As the school year begins, so do the afterschool classes and performing groups hosted by the Music Conservatory of Sandpoint. Music Matters! is an all-encompassing program that meets throughout the year and enriches the lives of many of the community's youth, enveloping them in the benefits and collaborative aspects of music and theater....
