An officer responded to a reported family offense in the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 5:04 p.m.

An officer conducted a drug investigation in the 475000 block of Highway 95 at 7:38 p.m.

Mackenzie G. Wilts, 33, of Kootenai was arrested in the 474500 block of Highway 95 at 11:17 p.m. on charges of driving under the influence (refusal) and possession of marijuana (Less than 3 ounces).
