Terris A. Owens, 30, of Sandpoint was arrested in the 1100 block of Fontaine Drive on an outstanding felony warrant at 8:33 a.m.

Officers and Northside Fire responded to report of a non-injury collision in the area of U.S. 95 and East Bronx Road at 10:12 a.m.

An officer investigated a hit-and-run collision in the 500 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 1:55 p.m.

Alexander D. Wright, 26, and Mattie L. Hayes, 24, of Sandpoint were arrested on outstanding Kootenai County misdemeanor warrants in the 476000 block of Highway 95 at 4:01 p.m.

An officer responded to a citizen assist call in the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 4:15 p.m.

A case was assigned to cover a report of information in the 476800 block of U.S. 95 at 5:06 p.m.
