Edmond Madan, 46, was arrested on U.S. 2 in Oldtown at 11:16 p.m. on charges of driving without privileges, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of methamphetamine.

Katrina K. Eastman-Dearth, 46, of Sandpoint was arrested in the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road in Ponderay at 12:41 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence of drugs.
