SANDPOINT — The Bonner County commissioners are once again set to hear from multiple county departments at their Tuesday meeting.

Bonner County Sheriff Daryl Wheeler is expected to come before commissioners with two requests, one regarding the Kootenai Tribe of Idaho inmate housing agreement, the other a medical services contract with Troy W. Geyman, M.D.

Commissioners will also hear from County Extension, Road and Bridge, Weeds, Planning, and Prosecutor for monetary requests, agreement approvals and resolutions.

Additionally, Commissioner Luke Omodt plans to again discuss the parameters of Robert’s Rules of Order and how it pertains to repeat agenda items being placed before commissioners after having been voted on, repeatedly. Commissioner Asia Williams hopes to discuss placing the county’s Human Resource department back under the authority of the prosecutor.

The meeting is to end with an executive session regarding litigation. Executive sessions are closed to the public to give officials a chance to discuss confidential information. All decisions, however, must be made in open session.
