NOTICE OF VACANCY FOR OFFICE OF COMMISSIONER OF SUBDISTRICT 1 Sam Owen Fire District [I.C. § 31-1409] NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Sam Owen Fire District, in Bonner County, Idaho, has declared the office of Commissioner of Subdistrict 1 vacant. A notice was published on August 15, 2023 which misidentified the open position as “Subdistrict 2.” Those that responded who live within the below described area need not respond again as your letter of interest will be accepted for open position as Fire Commissioner for Subdistrict 1.  Meeting to Fill Vacancy: The Board of Commissioners will meet at Station 1 of the Sam Owen Fire District located at 17 Old Sam Owen Road, Hope, Idaho at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, the 4th day of October 2023, at which time the Commissioners will consider all written requests for appointment to the position of the office of Commissioner of Subdistrict 1.
