Here is some advice from a former Navy Seal. But first these Navy Seals are about the toughest dudes in the entire U.S. military. The training and stress they go thru is about unbelievable. Only a small percentage of those that start the program, actually become Navy Seals.

The advice also applies to any job a person may have and is good for everyday life. He says live your life by a code:

  1. Be consistent and do what others aren't willing to do.
  2. Have conviction. If you want something, get up and go get it. No one is going to hand it to you.
  3. Be mentally tough. Your mind is the biggest mountain in front of you.
  4. Have passion. If nothing burns inside of you, you need to sit down, re-evaluate what you are doing with your life.

Seal team members try to remain consistent, flaws and all. Learn something about themselves and use it to make themselves and others better.

If you run into a Navy Seal, you will be talking to one that is the elite of the elite.
