Matthew Couch, 21, of Sequim, Wash., was arrested in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue at 12:56 a.m. on charges of driving under the influence, and possession of a controlled substance.

Possible fraud was reported on W. Lake Street at 2:19 p.m.
Report of a hit-and-run collision near Main Street and N. Third Avenue at 3:04 p.m.
Report of disorderly conduct on Ontario Street at 4:24 p.m.
Report of a possible drunken driver on Fifth Avenue at 6:23 p.m.
Officers, Bonner County EMS and Selkirk Fire responded to a reported injury collision near N. Division Avenue and Church Street at 7:21 p.m.
