Bonner County Fair Board elects new chairman following Gordon's resignation

The Bonner County Fair Board unanimously voted to elect Tim Mahan as its new chairman at its monthly meeting Sept. 18 following the previous chairman’s early resignation.

Mahan will serve as the chairman until his term expires in January 2025.

The fair board’s previous chairman, Eddie Gordon, resigned last month for unknown reasons. Gordon has served on the board since January 2017 and was set to serve as the chairman until January 2024.

The Daily Bee was unable to reach Mahan or any other fair board members for comment.
