Lithgow to speak at Geezer Forum

SANDPOINT — Today, the Geezer Forum welcomes Mike Lithgow to speak on the Kalispel Tribe and various sustainability projects.
The talk will be held today at the Community Room of the Umpqua Bank in Sandpoint. The program runs from 2:30 to 4 p.m.
Lithgow is the information and outreach coordinator and policy analyst for the Kalispel Tribe’s Natural Resources Department. Additionally, Kaniksu Land Trust has engaged Lithgow and KNRD in working on various sustainability projects at Pine Street Woods.
The community is invited to attend and learn more about what the Kalispel Tribe has been doing to preserve and protect the land.
