SPOKANE — In their final tournament of the spring season for the Washington Little Guy Wrestling League, Lewis Bonner, Blake Carl, Landon Bonner, Timmy Stark, and Naia Lamb all won their respective weight classes for Top Dog Wrestling at the Jason Crawford Memorial Tournament held Saturday, March 30 at the Spokane Arena.
"We had a great season with a lot of growth from our beginner and intermediate kids,” head coach Jake Stark said. "Our more experienced wrestlers really turned it on at the tournaments and were a huge help getting our intermediate kids to the next level. This is such a fun group to coach and I can't wait to see them back in the fall wrestling season. I want to say thank you to all of our coaching staff for the spring season. We couldn't have done it without your help. So, thank you Justin, Timmy, Steve, Dennis, Nick and Travis.”
Over 2,000 wrestlers attended Saturday’s tournament.
