Thomas Hoard, 54, of Sandpoint was arrested at 2:11 p.m. on a charge of misdemeanor domestic battery in the Elmira Road area.

Deputies and Bonner County EMS responded to a reported battery on Elmira Road at 2:11 p.m.
Shantell Rodriguez, 19, was arrested on Holly Glenn Road in Priest River at 3:01 p.m. on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia.
Deputies and Selkirk Fire responded to a report of a non-injury crash on Swan Shores Drive in Sagle at 3:53 p.m.
Deputies responded to a report of a hit-and-run collision in the Oldtown area on E. Fourth Street North at 4:35 p.m.
