On Day One, President Biden used executive orders to remove President Trump's executive orders that reinforced and secured our borders.

Since President Biden took office it is estimated that 12,000,000 illegals have entered the United States. What can we as a state do to limit the impact of illegal immigration on Idaho’s citizens? You need to look no further than to Senator Scott Herndon. Senator Herndon is working tirelessly to protect Idaho residents from the impact of illegal immigration. 

Senator Herndon opposed the liberal SJM101, which ask for amnesty for immigrants that are here illegally in Idaho. Jim Woodward argued in support of amnesty for illegals. 

Senator Herndon sponsored SB1216 which fought illegal immigration by strengthening Idaho’s law against giving driver's licenses to illegals. His opponent, Jim Woodward, supported giving illegals driver's licenses, and his big donors, the Dairymen, donated generously to his campaign because he was their “yes” man.

Senator Herndon sponsored HB 615 which ensures no welfare for illegal aliens other than emergency services.

Senator Herndon is working hard to protect North Idaho residents from the economic impact of illegals, all the while saving our tax dollars to support the legal, tax-paying residents of North Idaho.
