Another short BOCC meeting

SANDPOINT — Another relatively short agenda is on the Bonner County commissioners’ radar this week.

No commissioner items have been put on the agenda, and the board is set to only hear from four departments. The Bonner County Clerk, EMS, Treasurer, and Road and Bridge departments will talk with commissioners this week regarding claims batches, a fire station sublease and use agreement, EMS quarterly reports, chloride contracts and 2024 asphalt projects.

Following the departments’ requests, Commissioner Asia Williams will give her District 2 commissioner report.

The meeting will end with two executive sessions, one regarding Human Resources topics and the other regarding two BOCC items: the fair board and Dave Bowman appeal. Executive sessions are closed to the public to give officials a chance to discuss confidential information; however, all decisions must be made in open session.
