ATHLETE OF THE WEEK: Lou Foust, Sandpoint Sharks Swim Club

This week's Athlete of the Week is Lou Foust of the Sandpoint Sharks Swim Club.

Lou, a rising freshman at Sandpoint High, finished 10th out of 659 swimmers at the 29th annual Long Bridge Swim held this past Saturday in Sandpoint. Lou swam the 1.76-mile course in just 38 minutes and six seconds and was the top finisher from Bonner County. He improved his time from last year by approximately two minutes and 53 seconds.
