CAFE HAS NEW HOURS

As of this week Lee’s cafe, Sandpoint’s Chinese cafe, will be open until 11 p.m. each week day. This has been done, said owner Lee Eng, to satisfy calls for special Chinese dishes during the evening. This is the first time in eight years that the cafe, on Cedar street, has not opened at seven [a.m.] and closed at eight in the evening. Special Chinese dishes have been added to the menu for those with an oriental flair in their appetites. Chicken Almond, Chop Suey, Egg Foo Young, Chow Mein, Chinese and fried prawns, and sweet and sour spareribs head the list.
