Trump will clean house in Washington, D.C.

Can someone please explain why the Biden Administration is buying back 5 million barrels of crude oil at $77 a barrel to replenish our oil reserves that Biden used during his presidency?

All they have to do is open up our existing wells that Biden capped off and closed when he closed the Keystone Pipeline in his first week in office. Makes zero sense to me. Of course, what any Democrat does makes zero sense to me. 

I will be so happy when Donald J. Trump becomes our next president and can clean house in Washington, D.C. and then begin to straighten out and repair our country after everything Joe Biden and the Biden Administration has done to almost destroy this country and our economy.
