STATE TIMBER SALE CR100494, NOSR DELIVERED PRODUCTS A public oral auction will be conducted at the Idaho Department of Lands office, 4053 Cavanaugh Bay Road, Coolin, ID 83821, at 10:00 a.m. local time, on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, for an estimated 1,850 MBF of forest products to be harvested and delivered by an IDL contractor. Bottle Bay Recreational Water & Sewer District Notice of Public Hearing Proposed Increase in Sewer Rates, Fees and Fines TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, August 20, 2024, at 4pm, the Board of Directors of the Bottle Bay Recreational Water & Sewer District will hold a public hearing on its intention to increase the Basic Fee in excess of 5%, effective January 1, 2025. The Basic Fee is proposed to increase $5.00 per month from $24 to $29 per month. SUMMARY OF CITY OF SANDPOINT ORDINANCE NO. 1424 Municode City Code Republication AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANDPOINT, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, PROVIDING FOR THE REPUBLICATION OF THE SANDPOINT CITY CODE BY THE CITY’S NEW CODIFIER, MUNICODE, CODIFYING AND COMPILING THE GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF SANDPOINT THROUGH AND INCLUDING ORDINANCE NO. 1413; PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR UNLAWFUL ALTERATION OR MODIFICATION OF THE CODE; AND PROVIDING FOR ORDINANCE PUBLICATION. Following is a summary of the provisions of Ordinance No. 1424. Ordinance Section 1 provides history of the codification of the City’s general and permanent ordinances. Ordinance Section 2 addresses the 2024 republication of City Code through the City’s new codifier, Municode, and declares that the republished Code, once effective, shall be accepted in all courts as the official Code and law of the City. Ordinance Section 3 addresses the nature of codified ordinances and confirms that other, un-codified ordinances remain in full force and effect. Ordinance Section 4 provides for penalties for unauthorized alteration of the Sandpoint City Code. Ordinance Section 5 provides for publication and an effective date. This publication is a summary of the full Ordinance and is being published pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50-901A. This ordinance was passed and approved upon a proper roll call vote and duly enacted at a properly-noticed session of the Sandpoint City Council, held August 7, 2024.
