NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ponderay City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at 5:30 p.m., to consider the following requests:    File AM24-031 – Zoning Text Amendment, Title 9, Article D, Uses, Permitted – Ben McGrann has initiated an amendment to the land use regulations of Ponderay City Code (PCC). The proposed amendment would modify the text of Title 9, Chapter 4, Article D, Section 3, to allow for sales to occur within the industrial zone of Ponderay when associated with an approved industrial use. The Ponderay Planning & Zoning Commission unanimously recommended approval of this request at their regular meeting on August 8, 2024.    File AM24-032 – Zoning Text Amendment, Title 9, Articles C and D, Uses, Permitted and Special Uses in the Commercial and Industrial Zones – The City of Ponderay has initiated an amendment to the land use regulations of Ponderay City Code (PCC). The proposed amendment would modify the text of Title 9, Chapter 4, Articles C and D to amend the uses and special uses that are allowed within the Commercial and Industrial Zones of Ponderay.
