Approved payment of the FY24 EMS Demands in Batch #20 Totaling $107,509.69. PLANNING – Approved a time extension of Silver Birch Estates, file S0004-22, the date March 9, 2027. Approved Resolution #2024-39 vacating a portion of County Road #105, located in Section 03, Township 56 North, Range 2 West, Boise Meridian, Idaho. PROSECUTORS – Approved the limited engagement agreement with MSBT Law. MINUTES FOR THE BONNER COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS’ MEETING July 9, 2024 CLERK–Approved payment of the FY24 Claims in Batch #20 Totaling $668,643.24. Approved payment of the FY24 EMS Claims in Batch #20 Totaling $48,489.25. SHERIFF–Approved the agreement with the Idaho State Department of Agriculture (ISDA) and Bonner County Sheriff’s Office to provide law enforcement services. The ISDA will reimburse Law Enforcement up to $132,165.00, with the agreement being effective from June 21, 2024, to October 31, 2024, and it can be terminated by ISDA if the Legislature fails, neglects, or refuses to appropriate sufficient funds. EMS–Approved the surplus of the listed vehicle and donated it to the West Pend Orielle Fire District. (Resolution 2024-40) ROAD & BRIDGE–Adopted the 2024 Urban Area Transportation Plan. Approved Resolution 2024-41 adopting the updated boundaries map of the urban area. Awarded the Dufort Rd Culvert at Moore Creek Project to CE Kramer Crane and Contracting, Inc. for an amount of $334,748.00 and allowed The Board to sign the contract. PARKS & RECREATION–Approved the closure of the Bonner Park West boat launch and parking lot on Saturday, July 27th. AIRPORTS–Requested this amendment of the grant and the requested grant amount and that the Chairman sign administratively. This adjustment is due to the receipt of unanticipated reimbursement revenue received from Consolidated Telecom Inc.
