Public Meeting and Comment Period The City of East Hope will hold a public meeting regarding the Updated Water Facility Plan on September 10, 2024 at 5:30 pm inside the City Council Chambers located at 110 School Road, Hope, Idaho. A 14-day public comment period will begin on September 1st. Public comment will close on September 14, 2024. The Water Facility Plan can be reviewed at city hall located at 110 School Road during regular business hours, Monday thru Thursday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Friday, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Water Facility Plan can also be viewed on the East Hope city website: cityofeasthope.com. Request for Qualifications (RFQ) City of Sandpoint Professional Services Roster for Engineering, Architectural, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, Land Surveying and Related Services The City of Sandpoint (City), Idaho is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to perform licensed professional services, including engineering, architectural, landscape architecture, construction management, and land surveying, pursuant to Idaho Code §67-2320, as well as related non-licensed, professional services. ORDINANCE NO. 637 AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2024, APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF THREE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY-ONE THOUSAND SEVENTEEN DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($3,741,017.00) TO DEFRAY THE EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF PRIEST RIVER FOR SAID FISCAL YEAR, SPECIFYING THE OBJECTS AND PURPOSES FOR WHICH SAID APPROPRIATION IS MADE, AUTHORIZING A LEVY OF SUFFICIENT TAX UPON THE TAXABLE PROPERTY, PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES, DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO FILE CERTIFIED COPIES OF THIS ORDINANCE WITH THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND IDAHO SECRETARY OF STATE, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. The cost of the improvements completed this fiscal year is to be financed by the United States Department of Agriculture – Rural Development Grant Funds in the amount of $20,256.00. SECTION IV: That a general tax levy on all taxable property within the City of Priest River be levied in an amount allowed by law for the general purposes for said City, for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2024. SECTION V: All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTION VI: The City Clerk of the City of Priest River is hereby directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the County Commissioners of Bonner County, Idaho, and the Idaho Secretary of State, in accordance with Idaho Code 50-1003 and 63-804. SECTION VII: This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force upon its passage, approval, and publication in one issue of the Bonner County Daily Bee, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Priest River, and the official newspaper of said City.
