Daily Bee seeking weekly education submissions

After a brief hiatus, the Daily Bee is reviving its weekly education page: a place to share important updates and celebrate learning in Bonner County.

Our goal is to create a space that showcases community-submitted stories, photos, and events highlighting the efforts and achievements of students, faculty, and staff from every school in the area. 

For education-related photos, shoot us an email with a brief description and the names of those pictured. 

For events, share the date, time, and any other pertinent information. 

For stories, reach out to Eric, our education reporter, to get in touch. 

If you know a student with a recent scholarly achievement, nominate them to be our “Brainy Bee” of the week — a learner who is making strides on their path to academic excellence! 

To nominate a student, email us a brief statement including a headshot, their school, and their grade level with the subject line “Brainy Bee.”
