Thoughts on docuseries, science and politics

Recently, I watched a terrific docuseries on Netflix called “Chimp Empire.”

It was during the second episode that I realized that the dynamics of chimpanzee society is very similar to the MAGAs and Zionists.

Like chimpanzees MAGAs and Zionists are tribal, and they have much in common. After all, we humans share 98% of our DNA with chimpanzees.

When the alpha male chimp in “Chimp Empire” displays his dominance, it reminded me of Donald Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu. 

By the way, several people have asked me if I’m going to respond to a recent climate change denier’s response to me. The answer is no.

I learned that this person believes the earth is only 6,000 years old.

There’s simply no point in trying to reason with someone who is that much out of touch with reality.
