Request for Qualifications (RFQ)  City of Sandpoint  Professional Services Roster for Engineering, Architectural, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, Land Surveying and Related Services  The City of Sandpoint (City), Idaho is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to perform licensed professional services, including engineering, architectural, landscape architecture, construction management, and land surveying, pursuant to Idaho Code §67-2320, as well as related non-licensed, professional services.
