| December 4, 2024 1:00 AM

Adam Hall, Utah Valley University Men's Wrestling Head Coach

A 2006 Bonners Ferry High graduate, Adam coached the Wolverines to a 54-0 win over Presbyterian (S.C.) and a 38-6 win over Duke, the first win over the Blue Devils in school history, Nov. 23, with both matches being held at Seaforth High in Pittsboro, N.C. That same night, at James T. Valvano Arena at William Neal Reynolds Coliseum, his squad faced off against N.C. State, where Hall formerly coached, and gave the No. 6-ranked Wolfpack a run for their money, losing by just a 23-16 margin. It was also recently announced that during the home dual Nov. 15 against Oklahoma State, the attendance record was broken at the UCCU Center with 5,053 people filling the stands. Hall said in an article by the UVU Sports Information Department that he was very grateful to the over 5,000 fans who came out to support the team that night and it was an amazing atmosphere to compete in front of. Utah Valley (3-4), which already has more wins this season under Hall's leadership when compared to last season, travels to the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational this upcoming Friday and Saturday.
