Report of a reckless driver on Highway 200 and McGhee Road in the Kootenai area at 5:26 p.m. 

James Glasgow, 69 of Oldtown, was arrested for charges of aggravated assault, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia in the Oldtown area at 6:33 p.m.
