NOTICE OF HEARING ON NAME CHANGE Case No. CV09-24-0135 IN THE DISTRICT COURT FOR THE FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT FOR THE STATE OF IDAHO, IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF BONNER IN RE: DIANA LISA IVAN, A petition to change the name of DIANA LISA IVAN, now residing in the City of SANDPOINT, State of Idaho, has been filed in the District Court in BONNER County, Idaho. The name will change to DIANA LISA ROGERS. The reason for the change in name is that Diana Lisa was previously married and had the last name of Evans but upon his death she did not legally change her name. Since she has used the last name ROGERS since her marriage in 2014.  A hearing on the petition is scheduled for March 20, 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Bonner County Courthouse. Objections may be filed by any person who can show the court a good reason against the name change.
