Charles D. Shaw, 39, of Newport, Wash., was arrested in the 600 block of Larch Street at 7:36 a.m. on charges of possession of meth and paraphernalia.

A 15-year-old Hope female was arrested in the 1000 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 8:50 a.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.
