YOUTH SPORTS: Sandpoint Future 3rd grade boys notch 48-point victory over Libby

On Thursday, Feb. 15, the Sandpoint Future third grade boys basketball team finished off their season with a 54-6 blowout victory over the Libby Loggers at North Summit Church. Sandpoint’s pressure on the defensive end combined with their balanced offensive scoring attack led to the lopsided victory.  

“These boys demonstrated great improvement and teamwork over the course of the season," head coach Scott Marshall said. "It was great to see their hard work lead to this outstanding performance. These boys all have a bright future in basketball and in life."

Team members include: Lincoln Marshall, Nash Oliver, Matthew Wilson, Hudson Haymond, Benji Munson, Liam Corbett, Gus Kuhn, and Wesley Franz.
