Racing to the finish line?
A French bulldog makes its feeling about having to pull a small keg clear as it begrudgingly participates in the annual Winter Carnival K9 Keg Pull on Sunday. Dozens of dogs and hundreds of people packed the twin race courses on Cedar Street in front of Eichardt's for the fan favorite event.
