Library hosting Chopped Challenge season finale

Mystery ingredients. Random chance. Tasty dishes.

All will be a part of the final Chopped Challenge of the season will be held at the Priest River Library, being held at noon Friday, March 2.

The secret ingredients for this final round are a set of mystery ingredients that each person will draw individually prior to the competition, Megan Mize, West Bonner Library District director, said. Participants should stop by the Priest River Library circulation desk to draw their set of ingredients.

On the day of the competition, contestants will bring their prepared dish that uses their secret ingredients along with a copy of their recipe.

Entries will be judged on presentation, creativity and taste, with the winner receiving the coveted Golden Spatula. 

The event is open to ages 17 and under.
