Use of word is concerning

After reading Lee Santa’s peculiar letter (Daily Bee, Dec. 17), I wonder if Mr. Santa believes if the Holocaust ever took place, or that the anti-Israel protests on some of our universities are virtuous. He certainly didn’t mention the dreadful plight of many Jews on Oct. 7.

Many words now in usage have changed over time, but Mr. Santa has chosen the term “antisemitic” as his latest topic at a time when the Jewish state is in peril.
