Report of vandalism in the 100 block of School Road in Hope at 8:15 a.m.

Report of a civil dispute in the 200 block of Rebel Ridge Road in Spirit Lake at 9:21 a.m.

An informational report was taken in the 1000 block of Sitting Bull Road at 10:55 a.m.

Report of a reckless driver in the 6000 block of Schweitzer Mountain Road at 11:03 a.m.

ISP responded to a report of a reckless driver on U.S. 95 in the greater Sandpoint area at 11:15 a.m.

Report of a reckless driver in the 7000 block of U.S. 2 at 11:59 a.m.

Possible harassment was reported in the 500 block of E. Third Street South in Oldtown at 1:27 p.m.

Tristin Anderson, 19, of Newport, Wash., was arrested in the 4000 block of N. Boyer Road at 2:45 p.m.

Report of a reckless driver on Highway 41 at Spirit Lake Cutoff Road in Spirit Lake at 4:14 p.m.

Report of a burglary on Moodshadow Road in Sagle at 4:35 p.m.

Deputies responded to suspicious persons in the Sagle area on Key Ranch Road at 8:31 p.m.

Michael Frye, 47, of Spirit Lake was arrested near Highway 41 and Nagel Road in Oldtown at 10:24 p.m. on charges of driving under the influence (second offense) and open container.

Deputies responded to a disorderly subject in the Sagle area.

Dec. 19

An officer was unable to locate a suspicious vehicle reported in the 600 block of Third Avenue at 6:15 a.m.

Report of suspicious circumstances on Railroad Depot Avenue at 9:35 a.m.

Report of information on Third Avenue at 10:30 a.m.

Report of information on Division Avenue at 10:46 a.m.

A controlled substance incident reported near Sixth and Pine was placed under investigation at 11:36 a.m.

An officer was unable to locate a possible reckless driver reported near N. Division Avenue and Wright Way at 2:28 p..

An alarm reported in the 1400 block of Cedar Street at 2:46 p.m. was determined to be unfounded.

Dec. 19

Marc A Firmage, 42, of Sandpoint was arrested in the 477000 block of U.S. 95 on a felony warrant and was cited on charges of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.

An officer investigated a possible theft reported in the 476900 block of U.S. 95 at 3:54 p.m.
