Approved the Western States Maintenance Agreement for the term of 01/01/2024 to 12/31/2026 as set forth above for maintenance services for the generator located in the Justice Services building, as previously approved by legal.  PLANNING – Approved the surety agreement between Bonner County and Forrest Phillips Construction, LLC, for Fisher Haven Estates in the amount of $104,076.30 for the completion of the improvements shown on the engineer’s cost estimate and further approved the final plat of Fisher Haven Estates, Planning File No, SS0006-22 and authorize the chair to sign the final plat.  BOCC – Approved Resolution #23-94 reappointing and appointing members to the Bonner County West Snowmobile Advisory Committee. Approved Resolution #23-95 re-appointing Mary Franzel and Shekina Cardona to the Bonner County Board of Community Guardians for a four (4) year term beginning on December 15, 2023, and expiring December 15, 2027.  FACILITIES – Approved Resolution #23-96 to move $406,465.47 from FY24 00118/9480 and $174,199.48 from FY24 99918/9480 to FY23 00118/9480 and 99918/9480 to correct the Capitol Construction Budget amount.  RECREATION – Approved that the County sign the request for partial reimbursement of grant #21-DG-11010400-018 in the amount of $25,501.20.
