Daina Gray, 46, of Spokane was arrested on Highway 41 in Oldtown at 12:42 p.m. on a charge of possession of paraphernalia and a Bonner County warrant; Jason Strickland, 49, of Priest River was arrested at the same time and location on a charge of possession of a stolen vehicle and a Bonner County warrant; and Harley Brown, 30, of Newport, Wash., was arrested at the same time and location on charges of possession of paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine, and a Bonner County warrant.
A possible sex offense reported in the Blanchard area was placed under investigation at 1:05 p.m.
Report of a single-vehicle non-injury accident on U.S. 95 in the greater Sandpoint area at 1:15 p.m.
Report of a 911 hang-up in the pre-100 block of Germaine Road in Spirit Lake at 1:47 p.m.
Report of a 911 hang-up on Silver Birch Lane in Oldtown at 4 p.m.
Deputies responded to a reckless driver near Highway 200 and McGhee Road in Kootenai at 5:22 p.m.
Sean Hedrich, 44, of Coolin, was cited on Tank Road in Oldtown at 5:40 p.m. on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
A civil dispute was reported on N. Montana Avenue in Oldtown at 6:49 p.m.
Deputies responded to a report of a juvenile problem in the Athol area on Berry Patch Loop at 7:21 p.m.
Report of a 911 hang-up on Lost Creek Road in Priest River at 8:35 p.m.
Report of an unknown-injury collision on Tank Road in Oldtown at 9:43 p.m.

Mark Howard Schwartzenberger Jr, 46, of Newport, Wash., was arrested on N. Boyer Road at 11:55 p.m. on a charge of being a fugitive from justice.
