A family offense was reported on N. Main Street in Kootenai at 1:13 a.m.

James Johnson, 26, of Newport, Wash., was arrested in the area of S. Marion Street and Highway 41 in Oldtown at 3:42 a.m. on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, resist obstruct, false information, and on an outstanding Bonner County warrant.
