Why not send geese to war zones?

In all of my years on this earth, I have witnessed the United States government fund some very dumb and ridiculous projects.

So why not contact someone in the government about the City Beach goose problem? They could find some company or a group of individuals who would kill all of the geese, dress them out, wrap them in freezer paper, quick-freeze them, and ship them to Ukraine, Gaza, or other countries to feed starving people. I’m sure most of those folks would love to get a nice big frozen goose to cook and feed their families and friends.

Come on, the government has done and funded way more stupid things than this.

Remember the hundreds of $200 toilet seats manufactured and purchased by Dick Cheney who was vice president under George W. Bush. Didn’t he own that company that manufactured those toilet seats?
