PUBLIC NOTICE In accordance with IDAPA 15.10.01.011.05 (“ISLD Rule” 011.05), the Idaho State Liquor Division (ISLD) hereby gives public notice that it is considering the relocation of the existing contract liquor store located at 341 Bayview Drive, Coolin, Idaho. The store will continue to be operated as a Contract Store as defined in ISLD Rule 004. The desired location of said Contract Store is described as: Within the retail trade area of Coolin, County of Bonner, State of Idaho. Please note that Idaho Statute 23-303 asserts that no liquor store shall be located within 300 feet of a school.
