Music Bridges Borders announces concerts
Music truly does bridge borders.
And, to get a first-hand listen, the community is invited to attend one of two free family concerts, the first Thursday, July 25, and the second Saturday, July 27.
The Thursday, July 25, concert will be held at Tango Cafe, 414 Church St. The concert will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The second concert by the talented young musicians will be held Saturday, July 27. The concert begins at 6 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, 417 N. Fourth Ave., Sandpoint.
All are invited to attend.
The concerts are presented by Music Bridges Border and the Bonner County Human Rights Task Force.
A cultural exchange program, Music Bridges Borders was founded by Elinor and Rick Reed with the aim of promoting an exchange of musicians between Sandpoint and Northern Baja, Mexico.
