NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING  NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ponderay City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 5, 2024, at 5:30 p.m., to consider the following request:  Resolution 2024-09, Amendment to the City of Ponderay Official Fee Schedule – The City of Ponderay is initiating amendments to its Official Fee Schedule (last adopted in 2021 by Resolution 2021-02), providing for field usage fees associated with the Field of Dreams and Harbison Field; and to reestablish fees associated with city code amendments which were inadvertently removed from the fee schedule during the 2021 update. A complete version of the proposed fee schedule can be viewed on the Ponderay website at http://www.cityofponderay.org/planning-zoning/projects/.  An electronic method of participation has also been established for the applicants and members of the public who wish to participate remotely.
