Best commits to Columbia Basin College

Full caption: Priest River standout goalkeeper Brooklyn Best recently committed to continue her soccer career at Columbia Basin College (NWAC) in Pasco, Wash. Best, a four-year varsity starter for the Spartans, started all 16 games and played every single minute this past season. Also during her senior season, she racked up 165 saves, which ranks as first in the 3A Intermountain League, fifth in the state of Idaho, and 112th in the nation according to MaxPreps. Best will join the Hawks, who were 17-1-3 last year and won an NWAC title over Spokane Community College.
